COVID MEASURES AND REGULATIONS

 

We really appreciate you choosing Ten Mallorca. We are a small family run hotel that pride ourselves on keeping us all safe and Covid free. We have remained open throughout this difficult time for everyone apart from lock down and have tried to keep things as ‘normal’ as possible but with a number of additional precautions.  

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a non- refundable or refundable room rate. The refundable rate is completely refundable in any event up to 48 hours prior to departure. 

The non- refundable rate is however refundable in the event that there is a lockdown or Spanish travel restrictions that prevent entry into Mallorca. We will also try to reaccommodate you to another date if you face other Covid related restrictions. 

BEFORE TRAVELLING

There is currently no quarantine on travellers arriving from abroad but 

  • You must not travel to the Balearic Islands if you have, or suspect you have, symptoms relating to COVID-19.

  • Have negative PCR certification (COVID 19 RT-PCR) 72 hours prior the arrival. It must be the original document, written in Spanish or English and can be a paper or electronic version.

  • You must complete and sign a health control form (formulario de control sanitario or FCS) on the website SPAIN TRAVEL HEALTH-SpTH https://www.spth.gob.es/  

  • A separate form needs to be completed by each person and for each journey made.Once you have signed the form, you will be given a personal QR code. You must present this upon arrival to the Balearic Islands.

  • All visitors are given a health check upon arrival. This may include taking passengers’ temperature, inspecting their documentation and conducting a visual check of their overall condition. In all cases, passengers must present their health control form (FCS).

  • The governments information relating to COVID-19 is at  coronavirus.caib.es

 

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

 

  • Check in and Check out: 

  • Check in is from 16:00 and check out 11:00 to enable us to put the additional cleaning protocols in place. If you would like an early check in or late check out, please contact us and we can see if this is possible. We have digital entry cards that are disinfected, and we ask you to either email or Whats App your passport details before to minimise physical contact.

 

  • Bedrooms:

  • We have new cleaning, ventilation and disinfection protocols based on recommendations from the Ministry of Health We have a reduced capacity, so we also aim to try and rotate the rooms to allow at least one day between a guest check out and a new guest check in.

 

  • Restaurant:

  • Our restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a reduced capacity and with the appropriate distance between each table. Tables of four are allowed. Because of the reduced capacity we ask that guests please notify us 48 hours in advance whether lunch or dinner is required, and we will create a bespoke menu for you catering to most dietary needs. 

 

  • Bar:

  • Our lounge and restaurant area are open for drinks and food with social distancing measures in place. Drinks can also be taken around the pool or terrace until 5pm or 10pm inside the restaurant. 

 

  • Pool:

  • Our pool is open with a reduced capacity. Sunbeds have the appropriate distance between them. Masks are not required when sunbathing or in the pool. We also have a private pool for Room 8 if you would prefer additional safety measures. 

 

  • Common areas and toilets:

  • Please wear a mask and respect social distancing between other guests and staff. Hand sanitisers, gloves and masks are available. 

 

  • Gym:

  • The gym is open with reduced capacity by appointment and has additional cleaning measures. 

 

  • Masks and Hand Cleaning:

  • A facemask is required for everyone over the age of 6 in common parts, external areas and when not eating or drinking or sunbathing. We have spare masks at the hotel. There are hand sanitisers in every room and the common parts, we encourage all guests to regularly use the hand sanitiser provided.

 

  • Social Distancing:

  • We ask you to maintain social distancing between other guests and staff of a minimum of 1.5 metres Four people from two different households are allowed to eat together on a single table. 

 

  • Symptoms:

  • If you develop symptoms of COVID-19, such as fever, dry cough or tiredness, please notify us immediately, isolate from others and seek medical advice by contacting local health authorities.
