Welcome to Ten Mallorca, our boutique family run hotel. We have just opened this year so we hope you love it as much as we do.
"Luxury must be comfortable otherwise it is not luxury..."
We have restored this beautiful traditional Mallorcan house that has bags of history into a luxury hotel. Once the home of Joan Riera there was a pilgrimage to the house here in 1919 that led us to our Art Deco bathroom theme.
All of the rooms are individually designed with designer wallpapers oak parquet floors and great bathrooms with walk in showers. Two have balconies, and two have their own terraces. Two rooms are on the ground floor and one is wheelchair accessible. The other rooms are on the first floor via a wide staircase.
Most rooms have 180cm superking beds that can be also made as a twin. 800 thread count Egyptian cotton is standard ensuring you enjoy a lovely nights sleep.
All of the rooms have a safe, a small minibar fridge and air conditioning. All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities. Soft white towels, argan oil toiletries including hair conditioner, dressing gowns and slippers plus powerful ionic hairdryers complete each room.
We have a lovely 9 x 5 m saltwater pool with an infinity edge - perfect for sunbathing on whilst keeping cool. There are ample sun loungers with comfy cushions.
There is a well equipped gym with yoga mats and a personal trainer can be arranged upon request. In room massages and beauty treatments can also be organised to suit you.
There is a vintage bonzini bar football table, darts board and board games as well as a 75 inch smart TV, PS4 and VR headset for the gamers in you. We also have twin turntables and a selection of vinyl that you can practice your DJing skills on.
At the Entrada bar enjoy draft Mallorquin beer and a selection of organic and local wines from the surrounding vineyards. We also have some very unusual gins and tonics to try from our specially curated gin menu.
We provide a 'to order' breakfast/brunch and can also cater for vegan and vegetarians as well as allergies so just let us know in advance so we can source especially for you. We may have to ask for a supplement depending on what you need.
Every Sunday in the summer we have a Dip and Sip event open to non hotel guests who can use the pool and have a 3 course lunch. please let us know when you book if you are interested and we will reserve a place for you. We also have some specialist events such as wine tasting and BBQ nights open to non hotel guests but we will let you know in advance.
We are located in the historic town of Sineu with many restaurants and bars.
We can arrange all kinds of extras from wine tasting to boat trips, cycling guides, massage and beauty treatments, yoga teachers and personal trainers - please just ask us and we will arrange, so you can have a stress-free break.
Sineu is in the heart of Mallorca so this area it's perfect for exploring the entire Island. Nothing is too far and the nearest beach is just 20 minute drive. Sineu as the formal capital of Mallorca (in 13C) even has its own train station if you don't fancy driving. It's approximately 35 minutes drive from the airport and under an hour on the train from Palma.
This is a wine region so be prepared to taste some delicious local and organic wines that we also stock in our bar.
Whilst we love kids, we think Ten Mallorca is more suited to adults because of its chilled vibe so we have made it adults only. I'm passing the blame on this one to my sister who is a teacher and craves child free holidays.

The idea of Ten Mallorca was created by Jo and John in 2015 after three and a half years of passion and managing and designing the renovation of this wonderful old archeologically important house.
Both property surveyors by trade, they decided to move to Mallorca and use their skills and experience from their jobs and love of travelling across the world.
John is an avid cyclist and therefore Mallorca was an easy choice due to the challenging and stunning rides it has to offer. Both of them have a love for good design and how to make a relaxing, fun holiday or event.
