Ten Mallorca is a lovingly converted traditional Mallorcan building, where historic character meets distinctive design. Each of our individually styled rooms has its own personality, with unique layouts, carefully chosen details and a charm all of its own.
Ranging from an intimate 20 m² to a generous 48 m², our rooms offer a variety of features to suit different tastes and needs. All rooms have walk-in showers, while some also feature a bathtub. Depending on the room you choose, you may enjoy a separate lounge area, a private balcony or terrace, or even your own private pool.
No two rooms are quite the same, making every stay at Ten Mallorca a uniquely personal experience.
BIGGER ROOMS
KINGSIZE WITH TERRACE, POOL, SAUNA AND BATH
Our Premium Suite is something rather special, with its own private entrance and a fabulous rooftop terrace complete with a saltwater plunge pool, sun loungers and plenty of space to stretch out and enjoy the Mallorca sunshine. There's even a private infrared cabin for a little extra relaxation.
Inside, the spacious bedroom has beautiful oak parquet flooring, a velvet headboard and striking designer wallpaper from the London School of Fashion. The wonderfully comfortable super king-size bed can also be arranged as two singles, making the suite just as suitable for friends travelling together.
The Art Deco-inspired bathroom is another highlight, with brushed gold fittings, twin basins, a gorgeous freestanding bathtub and a separate walk-in shower.
Up on your private rooftop terrace, you can spend the day doing very little indeed — a dip in your own pool, a snooze on a sun lounger or a drink delivered straight to you. Just send us a WhatsApp message and we'll bring it up.
There's also a Smart TV, air conditioning, a fridge and tea and coffee facilities, along with lovely Argan Source bathroom products.
A wonderful choice for a special occasion, a romantic escape or simply because you fancy treating yourself to something a little different.
KINGSIZE with balcony and bath
One of our largest bedrooms, this lovely 48 m² first-floor room overlooks the swimming pool and has its own little balcony — perfect for stepping outside and enjoying the Mallorca sunshine.
Inside, beautiful herringbone oak flooring, striking Showgirls wallpaper by Melissa Scott and a wonderfully comfortable super king-size bed give the room plenty of personality. The bed can also be made up as two singles, and comes dressed in crisp white Egyptian cotton bed linen.
The spacious black bathroom is a real highlight, with a gorgeous freestanding cast-iron roll-top bath, a separate walk-in shower with overhead and handheld fittings, and twin basins. Plenty of room to spread out, unwind and make yourself at home.

If you like a little extra space, this lovely 47 m² ground-floor suite could be just the room for you. With a large bedroom, separate sitting room and two sets of French doors opening onto a small private terrace, it's a wonderful place to relax and make yourself at home. And with the swimming pool just a few steps away, you won't have far to go for a morning dip.
The bedroom has a wonderfully comfortable super king-size bed (180 cm), which can also be arranged as two singles, dressed in beautiful 800-thread-count white Egyptian cotton bed linen. Herringbone oak flooring runs throughout, while the separate lounge gives you somewhere to sit and unwind. If you're travelling with friends or family, we can also replace the sofa with two proper single beds to accommodate an additional two guests on request.
The Art Deco-inspired bathroom is another lovely feature, with twin basins, a generous walk-in double shower and a bathtub. Outside, your own little terrace has comfortable chairs and a table, perfect for enjoying a quiet coffee before heading out to explore Mallorca.

If you like the freedom of having your own space, our cosy 38 m² room is a lovely option. Overlooking the rear terrace, it has a separate bedroom, an open-plan sitting room with a small kitchen area, and its own 17 m² private terrace — a perfect little spot for stretching out on the cushioned bench for an afternoon snooze.Inside, there's plenty of personality, with fabulous Leopardo wallpaper by Matthew Williamson in the bedroom and House of Hackney wallpaper in the lounge.

This 26 m² ground-floor bedroom is full of character, with its beautiful original Mallorcan floor tiles — one of our favourite features — and French doors overlooking the street at the front of the house.
Located just off the entrance hall, this room is wheelchair accessible, with step-free access and an adapted bathroom. There's a wonderfully comfortable super king-size bed (180 cm), which can also be arranged as two singles, dressed in crisp white Egyptian cotton bed linen, along with a Smart TV.
The bathroom has a rather fabulous retro feel, with burgundy tiles, a black basin and toilet, and a wheelchair-accessible walk-in shower. A little nod to the 1970s that gives this room a personality all of its own.
A lovely choice for anyone who prefers a ground-floor room, with the added benefit of wheelchair accessibility and plenty of original Mallorcan character.
